Professional Background

After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law and passing the Oregon State Bar Exam in 2011, Jordan formed Roberts Law Group PC with his father Gary Roberts.  Jordan and Gary worked together for over five years before Jordan left to join Eblen Freed PC in June, 2017.

Jordan’s work at Roberts Law Group PC and Eblen Freed PC includes a wide range of civil litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants including breach of contract, personal injury, elder abuse, and business and estate litigation.

Jordan has worked extensively on consumer protection matters, primarily for plaintiff consumers, and is a member of the executive committee for the consumer law section of the Oregon State Bar.  Jordan helps consumers deal with a wide range of issues including new and used car matters, student loans, unlawful debt collection, warranty matters and violations of the fair credit reporting act.

In addition to his work representing consumers, Jordan has contributed a number of articles to Oregon’s Consumer Law section which can be read below.
